Set the screen saver password in Windows

• • Open the Control Panel

• • Click Appearance and Personalization.

• • Click Change screen saver.

• • In the Screen Saver Settings check the box “On resume,

• • display logon screen”

create a Google Form, you can follow these steps:

Go to Google Forms. You can access it by typing “forms.google.com”
into your web browser or by going to your Google Drive and Click
on the “+ New” icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
to create a new form.

Then click on google forms and then select the black form

Give your form a name and a description and Start
adding questions to your form by clicking on the “+ Add
Question” button.
